SIGMA's Judy Chou (周定緯), Mrtting Li (李杰宇), and Tommy Lin (林維哲) headed for yoga class. They asked their senior Ella to teach a class for them. They didn't expect to have to twist and turn their hands and feet so much, and ended up crying in pain. Mtting Li's muscles were the most stiff and made everyone burst out in laughter when he begged for mercy.
Ella first helped them roll out their backs. Tommy, who has a background in dancing, got his body to the ground easily. Judy ended up being so sweaty that when Ella got near the mat, she could feel the warmth emitting from it, calling out, "This mat and back is way to hot!" But she did not expect that Mtting was the worst, ending up with his veins popping out before he even reached a high position.
Ella wanted the 3 to do half splits and then touch their fingers to their toes with their elbows bent. In order to achieve a pretty pose, they held the position for three minutes and then collapsed right after. Little did they except that Ella would call out, "You must switch sides!" Mrtting's eyes widened and said, "What? There's still more?" In the end, Ella referenced what Ren Ba frequently tells Selina, "Don't compare, don't argue, and be thankful," making the 3 SIGMA members determined to do their best for the group.

Selina Ren 'Appears' in the Public
Although she cannot physically appear in the public at the moment, but the injured S.H.E member decides to shows up with her voice at least.
S.H.E's Hebe and Ella attended to a winter clothes event yesterday. Selina, currently in the hospital, specially recorded a message to fans:
"Hello everyone! Haven't see you all for more than 2 months, really miss you guys a lot. Although it has been tough these 2 months, but my current improvement is pretty okay...Christmas is coming up. It's a very joyful holiday. Like us before, I talk the most. We would exchange gifts in the past, but can't do it this year. Maybe I can exchange gifts with nurses. Have to thank those who support me. I love you all. Hebe, Ella, I love you guys. And all of my fans, I love you all."
After they listened to the sound recording, Hebe and Ella's eyes got teary. The two put a blessing card for Selina on the Christmas tree at the event, wishing the injured singer to recover soon.
After taking skin from scalp, Selina's hair has been growing out quickly. Although her legs are injured, but the optimistic singer expresses good that she already passed the age of showing off her legs. Last night she got on the wheelchair again and enjoyed a wheelchair ride in her room. "It has a feeling of shopping around!," she says happily.

With Selina still in the hospital, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that S.H.E's activities have been affected. Though Selina has been in the hospital for around 40 days and has slowly been recovering, she will not be able to get straight back to work. With last half of this year originally planned for their individual work, this incident has not affected the group's plans too greatly.
However, the two planned Mainland concerts in Shanxi and Hangzhou for February and March of next year have been canceled losing S.H.E around $6,000,000 TWD. Advertisements and commercials that have been renewed will only be featuring Hebe and Ella. In addition, they had originally planned to release their next group album during summer of next year. Since Selina will most likely not be able to do any recordings for a while, the album has been postponed.
According to their record company, there is no telling whether Selina will be able to return home by next year's Spring Festival. While her first three skin grafts went well, there is still much more to go, including training her facial muscles. Though she has cried out in pain from moving her wrists, Selina is still making progress on the healing front. Let's wish her the best and hope that the rest of the treatment process goes well!

Taiwanese Golden Horse Acclaimed Best Documentary Director, Yang Li-Zhou’s latest documentary – [The Long Goodbye] held a premiere on 18 Nov 2010. Veteran actor Sun Yue, who will receive the “Special Contribution Award” in this year’s Golden Horse Awards Ceremony, also gave his support during the occasion, saying, “Focus on the charity, and not Sun Yue.” Even S.H.E’s member, Ella, also lent a hand in the filming of this meaningful documentary by appearing in the film with her grandmother who suffered from dementia.
Meanwhile veteran Xu Li Gong, who will also receive the “Lifetime Achievement Award” during this year’s Golden Horse Awards, had watched the [The Long Goodbye] a month ago in the production company and commented, “The box office of this documentary is sure to break thousands of millions. To me, it should not be a problem to exceed NT$30,000,000!” The comment has gotten Director Yang to be shocked and he immediately added, “I will swim in buff so long as the box office sales exceeds NT$2,000,000, not to mention exceeding thousands of millions…!”
Earlier on, Director Yang Li-Zhou won the Golden Horse Best Documentary Award with his documentary – [Summer Miracles] (literal translation). This time, the production of his latest documentary – [The Long Goodbye] took 2 years to complete filming and half a year for post-filming editing. In response to such a reflective documentary movie, Sun Yue expressed, “I am filled with great gratitude and appreciation for people like Yang Li-Zhou who took the effort to film a documentary like [The Long Goodbye] about the elderly with dementia.”
In [The Long Goodbye], there is also a specially featured story. Despite her busy work schedule earlier in the year, S.H.E’s member – Ella, has specially dedicated a day and volunteered to bring the director and filming crew back to her hometown in Pingtung county, to document the story of her grandmother who suffered from dementia. This special feature of [The Story of Chen Jia Hua (Ella) and Her Grandmother] is shown as a finale to the documentary. The featured story created a great impact on the audiences as it was shown just when most of them thought that the documentary is over; upon seeing the closeness, interactions and true affections between Ella and her grandmother, audiences were once again overwhelmed and deeply moved!

S.H.E's Selina Ren got into an explosive accident recently in Shanghai during shooting of new drama and suffered a 3rd degree burn. She has returned Taiwan last night by a SOS special plane and transferred to Changgeng Hospital safely.
In order to prevent reporters from interrupting the transfer process, Selina's record company HIM notified reporters a press conference at 6:30PM in Shanghai, but at the same time Selina was already on the way to the airport. The same day around 11:30PM, Selina's dad held a press conference, expressing his thank to everyone's concern. He said with tears: "If possible, I'm willing to use my body to take in all the pain for Xuan Xuan [Selina's Chinese name is Ren Jia Xuan]."
Selina was on a stretcher and her body was covered up with a green blanket when she was brought down from the plane. It's known her hair is shaved off and she has to wear protective clothing. About 10 staff from her company were with her and they held up umbrellas to block reporters' cameras.

S.H.E's Selina Ren went to Mainland recently to shoot series "My Date With Spring" (我與春天有個約會). Unfortunately, it's known she and male lead of the series Yu Hao Ming got into an explosive accident.
One afternoon in October 22, Selina and Yu had to shoot an explosion scene. The crew has tested the dynamite six, seven times before official shooting and no problem occurred. However, during official shooting, explosive materials exploded early and created the accident. Seeing things weren't going right, Yu immediately ran to protect Selina with his body, causing him to suffer a greater damage on his skin, up to 35% surface area is burned. No new information on Yu's latest condition is released.
As for Selina, her hands, legs, and back were burned and it's known she needs a skin transplant. Her family and doctors are planning to transfer her back to Taiwan for treatment. In GTV-Comic Ritz's idol drama, Taiwanese version of "Absolute Boyfriend," Wu Zun has to wear a tight white body suit in order to play a perfect robot boyfriend. His body shape is clearly visible. Once praised Wu Zun's muscular body, female lead of the drama, Korean actress Goo Hye Sun was asked what is the most robust from Wu Zun. She blushed and just laughed, didn't know how to answer. Wu Zun jumped in to help her out from the embarrassing situation: "You don't have to answer this question."
On the set, the leads perform with their native language. Goo says her lines in Korean and Wu Zun says his in Mandarin. Wu Zun disclosed he learned some Korean from Goo right away. It's confirmed that Taiwan is shooting their TV version of Japanese manga "Absolute Boyfriend," a love story between robot and human, and the leads are Wu Zun, popular member in group Fahrenheit, and Goo Hye Sun, South Korean actress better known in the K-version of "Boys Over Flowers."
Yesterday the two idols met each other the first time in the press event for their new drama. Perhaps into his character already, Wu Zun was "behaving like a robot" in contrast to Goo's frank personality. Wu Zun wants to give a good impression since it's his first time working with Korean actress. But he was too polite that he even asked Goo's translator shyly "can I put my hand on her shoulder?" when reporters request the pair to stand a little closer.
Nudity is something pretty much everyone is concern about [In 'Absolute Boyfriend,' there are scenes where the robot Nighto appears topless, even naked. Of course, important part is covered!]. After watching the Japanese version of the drama, Goo immediately go to search explicit photos of Wu Zun had taken in the past, and she is very satisfied. "He has a good body, plus he is handsome," the actress praised. "And I'm very excited to see scenes of him going naked." That scared Wu Zun and he told her she doesn't have to answer questions like that.
